Following the introduction of the Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Women's Rights, the Minister of State commissioned IMSEE for conducting a study on gender-based pay inequalities, both in the private sector and the Civil service. As part of this study on measuring the gender pay gap, IMSEE focused on developing a robust methodology in order to take into account Monaco’s specific context and the structure of its employed population.
