Sectoral statistics for the Monegasque economy are studied according to the breakdown into Major Economic Sectors (MESs) defined by Monaco Statistics following the adoption of the French Classification of Economic Activities (NAF 2025) on the 1st of January 2026. In order to reflect the reality of Monaco's economic fabric as closely as possible, fourteen major economic sectors have been identified.
